Monte Vista Drive   

An alternative/post-grunge rock band formed in Barcelona in 2012. Since then, the project has gone through different stages. First under the name 1886, they recorded an EP and an LP, as well as performing in Spain and Europe. In 2018, after a break, they redefined the project with the first compositions of what will be the new live and which has seen the light of day on their latest album Pale Blue/Coal Black. Influenced by rock and basing their sound on distortion and guitars, the band investigates a character of its own defined by dark landscapes and melodic vocals. The album, recorded between the studios La Casamurada and Blind Records, and produced by Santos&Fluren, was the first opportunity to immerse yourself in the new imaginary that the band proposes.
